Terms for Blidzo early access, the one-time personal license, trials and refund requests.

Welcome to Blidzo. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Blidzo website, early-access waitlist, desktop software, companion mobile application, associated licensing services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, applying for early access, creating an account, or purchasing a license, you agree to the Terms applicable to that activity. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Certain statutory rights may apply regardless of these Terms.

In these Terms, “Blidzo,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the operator of the Blidzo Services. Inquiries may be sent to blidzox@gmail.com.

## What Blidzo provides

Blidzo is an autonomous AI partner and workforce software system designed primarily for business owners and business professionals, including founders, agencies, ecommerce operators, real-estate professionals, and other teams. Its Commander and specialized workers are designed to assist with authorized digital tasks and workflows. Depending on the installed version, configuration, permissions, chosen AI provider, and connected services, features may include planning, research, browser interaction, file operations, communication, ongoing task supervision, and other workflow capabilities.

Blidzo may adapt its behavior to your instructions, configuration, and business context. Adaptation does not guarantee perfect accuracy, successful task completion, or any particular commercial outcome. Features may change as the product develops.

## Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement for the Services under applicable law. If you use Blidzo for or on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to connect its systems, provide the relevant information, and authorize the tasks Blidzo performs.

You are responsible for making sure your business use of Blidzo complies with applicable laws and the terms of third-party platforms you connect.

## Early-access waitlist

Creator partner proposals are reviewed separately from customer early-access applications. Submission is not acceptance. Verified partner access, commission tier, audience-product revenue share, attribution, refunds and payouts are governed by the written partner agreement confirmed during onboarding. A verified partner code may unlock the creator experience in the same installer without the customer trial or software purchase requirement. Third-party usage costs remain separate unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Applying to the waitlist does not guarantee selection, access, an invitation by a particular date, or that a feature will be available when invited. We may assess applications based on product fit, intended use, readiness, testing capacity, and other reasonable factors. We may contact applicants regarding their submissions and availability.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to avoid impersonation, fraudulent submissions, or abusive applications. A waitlist application is not a software purchase or a guarantee of a future purchase offer.

Information submitted through a waitlist or other website form is handled under the Privacy Policy. Submitting a form permits us to process it for its stated purpose; it does not, by itself, authorize unrestricted promotional messages or waive any legal privacy rights. Optional promotional communications are governed by the marketing preferences you select and applicable law.

## Free trial

Where offered, eligible users may receive one 10-day trial of the Blidzo desktop software. No credit card is required to begin the trial. Trial availability remains subject to selection, eligibility, and the technical requirements communicated during onboarding.

The trial generally begins when the user activates trial access, not when they merely join the waitlist. The product may require an account, an internet connection for license verification, supported hardware/software, and the user's own model/provider configuration. Charges from independent AI providers, connected applications, hosting, telephony, data services, or similar services are not paid by Blidzo unless an offer expressly states otherwise.

At the end of the 10-day trial, paid-license functionality may be disabled or restricted until the user purchases and activates a valid license. Blidzo may limit repeat trials and take proportionate steps to prevent abuse. Users are not entitled to a second trial merely because they reinstall the software, change devices, or request a refund.

An expired trial may restrict access to Blidzo application features. It must never lock the user's Windows operating system, interfere with unrelated software, prevent normal device use, or prevent ordinary uninstallation.

## Price and payment

The current standard Blidzo software license price is US $449, paid once. Blidzo does not charge a recurring monthly subscription fee for this standard license.

The $449 payment is for the Blidzo software license described at checkout. It is not an all-inclusive payment for third-party AI inference, model APIs, hosting, telephony, internet connectivity, separately billed integrations, or other external services. Applicable taxes or payment processing details will be presented during checkout to the extent required by law.

A change to prices for future purchases does not retroactively alter a completed purchase unless the applicable agreement expressly and lawfully permits it. We will not introduce recurring Blidzo license charges to an existing one-time purchase without the user's separate agreement.

## License granted to the purchaser

Subject to payment, these Terms, and any disclosed activation requirements, Blidzo grants the individual purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the applicable Blidzo software for their own authorized activities, including legitimate work for their business.

The license is licensed to one individual rather than permanently tied to one particular computer. The license does not permit sharing one purchaser's credentials with multiple unrelated people, reselling license access, distributing installers as a paid service, or bypassing disclosed activation limits. Reasonable activation and device-transfer rules must be presented before checkout if enforced by the software.

The purchaser receives use of the distributed executable/application and the related software components included in their purchased package. The purchase is a software license, not a transfer of Blidzo's intellectual property or an unrestricted right to commercially redistribute its architecture or source code. Any separately distributed open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

## Updates and mobile companion access

The purchased software may provide an integrated updater. When a compatible update is available, the user may be able to select the update/download control and allow the application to download, apply the update, and restart as needed, without manually reinstalling the full application. Certain changes may require user action, compatible infrastructure, or a new configuration.

The Blidzo mobile application, where supported and offered as part of the licensed package, is a companion interface for connecting to and managing the user's desktop- or server-hosted Blidzo workers. It is not a promise that the user's bots will continue running when the relevant computer or hosting environment is unavailable.

The scope and duration of included updates, major-version upgrades, maintenance, and human support are subject to the published license terms in effect at purchase. No promise of unlimited future development or indefinite human support is made unless expressly included in that purchase agreement.

## Seven-day refund policy

We offer a seven (7) calendar-day refund request window beginning on the date of the $449 license purchase. This period is separate from, and does not replace, any preceding 10-day free trial.

If Blidzo is not suitable for you, contact blidzox@gmail.com within seven calendar days of purchase and request a refund. Include sufficient purchase information to locate the transaction; do not send passwords, API keys, or unrelated personal documents.

Once a refund is approved and issued, the associated paid license and access entitlements may be revoked. Use of Blidzo under that refunded license must cease. The refund does not create eligibility for another free trial. The user may keep or delete files they independently own, but must stop using the revoked licensed software.

Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. Fees paid to independent third-party service providers are not refunded by Blidzo. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that apply to the purchase.

## User responsibilities and AI-generated activity

You are responsible for the instructions you submit, the accounts and resources you connect, the permissions you grant, and the review of consequential outputs and actions. You must not assume that AI-generated answers, plans, code, research, messages, or browser actions are always correct, current, authorized, or free of errors.

Before allowing sensitive, financial, legal, security-related, irreversible, or externally visible actions, apply appropriate review and approval controls. Maintain suitable backups of important data. Obtain permission before accessing another person's systems or data.

AI-generated content is not a substitute for advice from qualified professionals where professional advice is necessary. We do not guarantee revenue growth, business performance, response rates, sales, error-free automation, or uninterrupted execution.

## Third-party providers and integrations

Blidzo may connect to AI model providers, websites, communication services, CRMs, ecommerce platforms, storage providers, and other tools selected or authorized by you. You remain responsible for complying with those providers' terms, access rules, charges, data-processing policies, rate limits, and usage restrictions.

Data transmitted by your configured integrations or model requests may be processed by those third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. Blidzo does not control independent providers' pricing, reliability, accuracy, or use of information.

Do not grant Blidzo permissions you are not authorized to grant. You may revoke permissions through the supported application or provider controls, subject to their functionality.

## Prohibited uses

You must not use Blidzo or its workers to:

Gain unauthorized access to accounts, devices, networks, databases, or information.

Perform cybersecurity attacks, exploit vulnerabilities without authorization, spread malware, or interfere with service availability.

Conduct fraud, deception, identity theft, unlawful surveillance, or other unlawful activity.

Steal, expose, or unlawfully process confidential, personal, financial, or proprietary information.

Send unlawful spam, harassment, or unsolicited communications contrary to applicable law or platform rules.

Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.

Circumvent Blidzo licensing, security protections, or authorization controls.

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Blidzo except as expressly permitted in writing or by applicable law.

Direct AI workers to evade legal safeguards or carry out actions prohibited by applicable local or international law.

We may suspend or revoke access for serious violations, attempted fraud, abuse, security threats, non-payment, or other lawful grounds, using proportionate measures and subject to applicable rights.

## Privacy and ownership of user content

You retain your rights in your own business files, prompts, conversations, records, and other content. Purchasing a Blidzo license does not transfer ownership of that content to us.

Blidzo is designed for local or user-controlled hosting and use of user-selected AI providers and integrated services. The intended ordinary operation of the app does not involve Blidzo receiving users' private workspace content for advertising, resale, or training a Blidzo-owned model. The Privacy Policy explains the separate information that the website, onboarding, licensing, and associated services may process.

You are responsible for securing your computer, connected accounts, provider credentials, and locally stored data, while we remain responsible for the security of information we actually collect or process.

## Availability, security and changes

We may maintain, update, improve, or discontinue features, and may make reasonable changes needed for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or operation. Some features depend on external providers or continued internet connectivity. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

We will provide material notices as required by applicable law or our contractual commitments. Material adverse changes to already-purchased license rights remain subject to the agreement and applicable protections.

## Intellectual property

Blidzo's software, branding, original code, documentation, designs, and other intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders. The license allows permitted use of the software but does not transfer ownership of Blidzo's intellectual property.

Third-party libraries and open-source materials remain governed by their corresponding license terms.

## Disclaimers and limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided subject to the features and capabilities stated at the time of access or purchase, without a guarantee that all AI output will be accurate, that all tasks will succeed, or that the Services will be available without interruption.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blidzo is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from user instructions, unsupported configurations, or failures of independently selected third-party services. Any limitation of liability must be read subject to non-excludable legal obligations, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, rights concerning personal information, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

## Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services or applicable requirements. The date at the top identifies the most recent published version. Where required, we will notify affected users and obtain any necessary agreement before materially changing their rights.
