Privacy Policy
How Blidzo handles applications, contact details, privacy choices and user-controlled workspace content.
Blidzo respects the distinction between information you submit to the Blidzo website or operator and the private content you process within your own Blidzo environment.
Our central privacy principle: Your workspace content is yours. We do not sell private Blidzo workspace contents, use them to target advertisements, or train our own models on them.
This policy describes how Blidzo handles personal information in its website, waitlist, onboarding, licensing, companion-app and related services. Contact: blidzox@gmail.com.
Information you provide directly to us
Creator partner applicants provide a name, email, phone number, at least one YouTube or Instagram profile, audience size and description, niche, content type, partnership goals, motivation and an optional product idea. We store this proposal with its application consent and review status in a separate private Partner Proposals record. We do not request channel passwords or connect the applicant’s account through this form.
When you submit a waitlist application, request support, contact us, or complete product onboarding, we may receive the information you choose to provide in those processes, such as:
Your name.
Email address.
Phone number and selected contact channel.
Business or project name.
Business category or industry.
Approximate business revenue bracket and team size, when requested.
Intended product uses, business objectives, and reasons for requesting early access.
Application, account, license or order information needed to administer access.
Support messages and other information you voluntarily submit directly to us.
Your selections regarding marketing communications and cookies.
Please avoid including passwords, API keys, confidential customer records, sensitive personal data, or unrelated private documents in our public forms.
Information processed through the Blidzo application
Blidzo is designed to perform work on the user's own machine or user-selected hosting environment. Depending on the user's configuration, user content may be stored or processed locally and transmitted to the AI model providers, connected applications, or infrastructure services that the user authorizes.
That content can include prompts, conversations, worker memories, files, browser actions, connected-account data, business records, and task outputs. The user controls which authorized connections and permissions are configured, subject to the product's actual capabilities.
In ordinary intended operation, Blidzo does not collect the contents of private workspaces into a Blidzo-operated central database for sale, advertising, or training a Blidzo-owned AI model. We do not sell user workspace content.
Selected AI providers and integrations may receive data required to perform a request and may apply their own retention, security, training, or processing practices under their terms. Users should review those providers' privacy settings and agreements before connecting them.
The companion interface connects to the user’s configured Blidzo environment. Connected model, browser, telephony and integration services may process the content needed for an authorized task under their own policies. Review the installed version’s configuration before connecting sensitive information.
License, trial and update communications
The product may need to establish that an account is eligible for a trial or holds a valid paid license. Where online checks are implemented, they may involve limited account or entitlement metadata necessary to validate activation, expiry, renewal of eligibility, or revocation. This does not require collecting the content of private tasks or files.
Application update checks or downloads may contact distribution or hosting infrastructure. As with most internet connections, hosting and delivery providers may process standard network metadata. We do not describe such connections as completely invisible or incapable of producing logs.
This website accepts applications; it does not currently process payments or activate software licenses. The desktop source supports configured update distribution. Activation, payment and companion-network arrangements will be disclosed during onboarding before those services are used.
Why we use information submitted to us
We may use information supplied through our website, onboarding, or support channels to:
Receive, review, and manage early-access applications.
Decide whether a stated use case is suitable for an available product or testing program.
Contact an applicant with application updates, confirmations, invitations, onboarding instructions, or requested support.
Operate accounts, trials, license entitlements, security measures, refunds, and related administration.
Understand common business problems and prioritize product improvements.
Adapt onboarding assistance or recommendations to the business goals the applicant describes.
Analyze aggregate website usage and interactions, subject to the applicable cookie choices and privacy requirements.
Send optional announcements, offers, or promotions for Blidzo and relevant products or services where the recipient has provided the necessary permission or another lawful basis applies.
Prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information provided for one purpose is not a blanket permission for unrelated use. If a materially new purpose requires a new legal basis or consent, we will provide appropriate notice or request it.
We do not use private Blidzo workspace content to build advertising profiles or sell it to third parties.
Marketing email and WhatsApp
We may offer separate, optional choices to receive:
Marketing emails from Blidzo, such as product news, offers, and relevant launches.
Promotional WhatsApp messages from Blidzo, where the user has opted in and the channel's rules permit messaging.
Choosing not to receive marketing does not prevent a user from applying for the waitlist. We may still send service or application-status communications that are necessary to respond to the submission or administer the requested service, subject to applicable messaging rules.
You can opt out of email marketing through the unsubscribe mechanism in a marketing email or by contacting blidzox@gmail.com. You can stop WhatsApp marketing by replying STOP, requesting that messaging stop, or contacting the same address. We will respect valid withdrawal or opt-out requests and maintain limited suppression records when necessary to avoid contacting someone again.
We do not require someone to block our number to stop marketing. Submitting a form does not permanently surrender the person's right to object to promotional contact.
Cookies and website interaction analytics
Our website may use strictly necessary technologies to operate securely and optional analytics cookies or similar technologies to understand page visits, clicks, navigation, and interaction patterns.
Where consent is required, optional analytics technologies will not activate before the visitor makes the relevant choice. Visitors can accept, reject, or adjust optional preferences and revisit them later.
Our separate Cookie Policy provides details.
Analytics helps us understand how the website performs; it does not give us permission to use private desktop application files or conversations for advertising.
No optional analytics service, advertising pixel or cross-site tracking SDK is currently enabled. Cookie Settings records your choice without activating a tracking service.
Sharing with providers
We may use service providers to operate the website, store waitlist applications, deliver authorized messages, process payments, support licensing, or perform consented analytics. We provide those service providers only the information required for the relevant purpose and require appropriate confidentiality and security protections where applicable.
We do not disclose private workspace content to advertisers or data brokers. We do not sell submitted waitlist contact lists as a data product.
Data may also be disclosed where legally required or where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or lawful claims, subject to applicable requirements.
A user-selected AI provider or connected service is distinct from a provider selected by Blidzo to operate its own website or administrative systems. The user's own integrations are governed by their chosen provider relationships and settings.
Website applications, creator partner proposals and contact messages are stored using Supabase. Authorized administrators review them privately. Partner proposal confirmations are queued after a successful save and delivered by the existing Blidzo SMTP infrastructure through a private Supabase worker. Confirmation delivery uses the applicant’s name, email and proposal reference; it does not subscribe applicants to marketing. Failed deliveries may be retried. No automated WhatsApp delivery is connected to these website forms.
International processing
Website hosting, form-processing, messaging, payment, or support providers may operate in different countries. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we will apply safeguards required by applicable law and disclose material provider arrangements as necessary.
The location of our internal waitlist database is not published here as an operational security detail; this does not remove obligations to disclose relevant recipient categories, international transfers, or other information required by applicable law.
Data retention
We retain application, onboarding, support, marketing-preference, and transaction information only while it is reasonably needed for its disclosed purpose or a lawful recordkeeping requirement. We periodically review information and delete, anonymize, or restrict records when no longer needed.
Waitlist records may remain active while an application is being considered and for a reasonable follow-up period. Marketing contact details may be retained while the person remains lawfully opted in, subject to ongoing review and applicable legal requirements. Limited opt-out records may be retained to prevent unwanted future contact. Payment, refund, and licensing records may need to be retained for lawful accounting, dispute, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Website applications, creator partner proposals and contact messages are retained for 90 days by default, with scheduled deletion checks. The configured period is shown below. Associated consent, partner replay and confirmation delivery records are deleted with their application or proposal. Temporary submission challenges expire after one hour; database replay records are pruned after two hours and rate-limit buckets after approximately 30 minutes. Database backup retention is controlled separately by the storage provider.
A minimal keyed hash of an opted-out email address or phone number, the channel and withdrawal time is retained to prevent further promotional contact. It is kept separately from application records, so deleting an application does not erase an opt-out. Contact us to review a suppression record or request deletion where applicable law permits.
Data security
We take reasonable steps appropriate to the information we control, including restricting administrative access and protecting stored website and application records. No internet-based system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of independent providers or devices outside our control.
Users should keep their own operating systems, accounts, API credentials, connected services, and software environments secure.
The website uses short-lived signed form challenges and keyed network hashes to limit abuse. It does not place submitted form answers in website analytics or public browser storage.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information about you, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict certain processing, object to direct marketing, or withdraw consent.
Contact blidzox@gmail.com with a privacy request. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information. We will respond as required by applicable law and may retain limited information where necessary for legal obligations or legitimate security, accounting, or dispute purposes.
Submitting personal information does not transfer unrestricted ownership of that personal information to Blidzo or eliminate rights guaranteed by law.
You may change optional cookie preferences through the website's Cookie Settings control. You may opt out of marketing without losing the opportunity to remain on the early-access waitlist.
Children's information
Blidzo is designed for professional and business use. Individuals must satisfy the legal eligibility requirements applicable to the service or purchase. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If a parent or guardian believes a child's information has been collected improperly, they can contact us.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The updated version will display a new publication date. Where required, we will notify users of material changes or request new consent.
