Approvals
Approval rules let you choose which actions should pause for review.
Open the action-confirmation settings in your build.
Add an exception for the action category, connector or specific tool you want to review.
Use presets such as asking before external email or purchase actions where available.
When a request appears, inspect its scope. Allow once or Deny as appropriate.
Revisit rules when a worker’s responsibility changes.
The inspected UI says bots act without asking by default. Approval coverage depends on the rules and supported action paths you configure. Do not assume every sensitive action is automatically blocked.
