Assigning responsibilities
A responsibility explains what the worker owns over time, not just what to answer once.
Name the outcome and the information the worker may access.
Define the routine checks, exceptions to investigate, and decisions to bring to you.
Supply the necessary tools and permissions. Test with a small authorized example.
Review its first outputs before broadening its scope or adding recurring triggers.
